How fast does the line move?
About 60 hats per hour with one press. For larger events we run two or three presses in parallel.
What space and power do you need?
A 10×10 footprint and one standard 110V outlet is enough for a single press.
Setup and teardown time?
60 minutes setup, 30 minutes teardown for a single press. Double press adds 15 min each side.
Do you travel outside DFW?
Yes. Dallas-based, but we travel and ship nationwide.
CUSTOM PATCHES
How long does patch approval take?
Most custom patches approved within 48 hours. Rush available.
What's the design fee?
$50 one-time per patch template. Includes proofs and revisions.
What file formats do you need?
Vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). Hi-res PNG works for most jobs.
